As MU continues to expand its global reputation and reach, the University is seeking to appoint a new Director of International Recruitment & Conversion (DIRAC).
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Vice President International, the DIRAC leads the International Office (IO) managing a team of student recruitment and marketing staff based at MU and in key source markets to drive student recruitment and conversion initiatives in addition to implementing the IO’s marketing, recruitment and conversion strategy. Additionally, the DIRAC co-leads MU’s International Marketing & Insights, International Partnerships Relationship Management & Governance as well as International Student Experience transversal activities.
THE PERSON
You must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in international education, preferably in a higher education institution. In addition, a minimum of 3 years of leadership and line management is essential. You will have a demonstrable track record of involvement in international recruitment and marketing, and experience of developing, delivering, monitoring, and reporting on marketing and recruitment strategies. You will possess appropriate academic and/or professional qualifications related to the principal role accountabilities, with a capacity to lead and innovate as the role continues to develop.
