Tom Keane

Tom has held leadership positions in the Executive Search & Selection industry for the past 25 years. Tom spent 15 years with a leading Australian Executive Search Firm covering the Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong markets prior to his return to Ireland. Tom has operated in the Irish market since 2005 across a broad range of industries and has managed a significant number of leadership level assignments. He has built a reputation as a highly professional, ethical and effective practitioner within the Search & Selection industry. Tom holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney.

Luke Freeley

Luke has 25 years industry experience, gained across the Executive Search, Professional Services and Technology sectors. Luke has managed a significant number of assignments across both the Permanent and Interim Management areas of the Executive Search market. Working across a wide variety of industry sectors, Luke has gained a very strong reputation as a thorough professional who operates with tenacity, discretion and professionalism. He holds a BSc. in Applied Physics and Electronics from NUI Galway.

Seán McDonagh

Seán has had a career spanning over 20 years in domestic and international executive search delivering key senior strategic hires for clients across a broad spectrum of industry sectors. Seán has a proven track record of building strong and lasting relationships with clients and managing assignments for the appointment of senior executives to large and complex organisations. A graduate of the National College of Ireland with a BA in Human Resource Management and BSc in Management, Seán has a keen interest in the use of psychometric testing as part of assessment and development programmes and is qualified to British Psychological Society Level A&B standard in psychometric assessment.

Caroline Devlin
Operations Manager

Caroline joined the team in 2017 and brings over 30 years’ experience in professional service organisations. Caroline’s focus is to manage all client and candidate interaction from an Administration and Support perspective on behalf of the firm. With a friendly and professional approach, Caroline is normally the first point of contact for clients and candidates with Lansdowne Executive Search.
